• Designing, Deployment, Configuration & Administration/Support of Cloud Computing Model Solutions:
  ✓ Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
  ✓ DR as a Service (DRaaS
  ✓ Backup as a Service (BaaS)

       ✓ Storage as a Service (STaaS)

• Designing, Deployment, Configuration & Administration/Support of Virtualization Solutions:

✓ Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) using VMware vSphere Suite and Hyper-V SCVMM.
✓ Software Defined Storage (vSAN) using VMware vSAN.
✓ Software Defined Networking (SDN) / Network Function Virtualization (NFV) using VMware NSX

✓ Backup & Replication using Veeam VBR, VMware vDP, vSphere Replication & SRM.

• Administration/Support of PTCL Public Cloud IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS & STaaS Project offerings.

Major Projects (Summary):

• PTCL Public Cloud IaaS, BaaS, DaaS & STaaS: Designing, Deployment, Configuration & Administration of Complete end to end Solution for Public Cloud Offerings by the Largest Telecom Provider in Pakistan PTCL, along with VMware. The Administration focuses on Cloud facilitation & Administration for various Tenants.
The whole Solution comprises of VMware Cloud, Virtualization & SDN Suites. This includes VMware vSphere, Enhanced Linked Mode based vCenters, vCloud Director, vRealize Automation, vRealize Operations, Usage Meter, Data Protection Appliance, Replication Appliance, Site Recovery Manager, NSX based SDN/NFV, Log-Insight, Microsoft Hyper-V with Failover Clustering and SCVMM, Veeam Cloud Connect, Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR) and Veeam One.

• National Bank of Pakistan (NBP): Disaster Recovery as a Service and Managed DR Services Solutioning.
✓ Lead the Implementation team for Virtualization, addressing all technical challenges during deployment.
✓ Consultation for Designing, Planning & Sizing for Migration from Old Virtual Infrastructure to new Infrastructure.
✓ Implementation for Green-Field Deployment of Cisco UCS Servers, Fabric Interconnect & Extender at DR Site.
✓ Consultation for Green-Field Deployment of Hyper-V Servers with SCVMM, Failover Clustering, Live Migration and Hyper-V Replica Broker.
✓ Consultation for Migration from old virtual infrastructure to new Infrastructure at Production Site.
✓ Consultation for Replication of Virtual infrastructure from primary site to DR site.

• Two Rivers Mall (Kenya): Implementation of Software Defined Data Center in Production & DR Sites of the Largest Shopping Mall in East-Africa, by using the following VMware Technologies:
✓ VMware ESXi & vCenter Installation & Configuration
✓ SDDC Features enablement: vMotion, HA, DRS,
✓ Disaster Recovery: Backups using vSphere Data Protection and Replication using VMware Replication App.
✓ Implementation of VMware based Software Defined Storage: vSAN

• MONET: Administration & “Managed Services” of overall Virtualization Infrastructure at Primary & DR Sites, which includes:
✓ VMware vSphere Suite
✓ VMware vCenter & ESXi Servers
✓ VMware vSphere Replication
✓ VMware Replication
✓ High Availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) and vMotion.
✓ Virtual Machine Life Cycle Management & House Keeping.
